Campus Facilities
The campus is a single purpose-built complex in Skardu. The foundation was laid in May 2019 and the structure completed in June 2022, giving us classrooms, a computer lab, a library, dining and residential floors under one roof.
One building, five floors, everything a boarding student needs
That matters more here than it would elsewhere. Winters are hard and the roads are difficult, so keeping teaching, study, meals and accommodation inside one heated building is what allows the academic year to run without interruption.
Academic Floors
Classrooms and teaching space in the purpose-built academic basement, in use through the school day.
Computer Lab
Individual workstations giving students hands-on access to equipment most would not have at home.
Library
Shelved reading and reference material with study positions, open to students during study hours.
Dining
On-campus kitchen and dining area where all three daily meals are prepared and served.
Residential Floors
Separate supervised accommodation floors for boys and girls, with rooms, storage and washing facilities.
Administrative Block
The campus office, where admissions, records and all correspondence with families are handled.
Classrooms
Teaching rooms are fitted with desk seating, a whiteboard and a presentation screen, and are heated through the winter months.
Rooms are sized for the class groups we actually teach rather than packed to capacity, which is what makes individual attention from teaching staff possible.
Computer Lab
The computer lab has individual workstations, each with its own monitor, keyboard and partition, so students can work without crowding around shared equipment.
For most of our students this is their first sustained access to a computer. Practical sessions here are part of the academic timetable, not an optional extra.
Library
The library holds the school's reading and reference material, with study positions built into the shelving for students working on their own.
It stays available during the daily supervised study period, giving resident students somewhere quiet to work outside their rooms.
Dining
Meals are prepared in the campus kitchen and served in the dining area at fixed times, three times a day, for every resident student.
Eating together at set times is part of how the residential routine holds together — it is a fixed point in the day that everyone attends, and it is when staff see every student.

Sports & Recreation
Time for physical activity and recreation is built into the daily routine, using the campus grounds. Students who study and board in the same building need time outdoors, and the timetable protects it.
Recreation is supervised in the same way as the rest of the day, and forms part of how students settle into living away from home.
Student Life
Most of our students live here through the academic year, so campus life is not an add-on to their education — it is the setting for it.
The day has a clear shape: classes, meals, supervised study, recreation and rest, each at a fixed time. Within that structure students study together, help each other, and are looked after by staff who know them individually.
For students who have come a long way from home, often the first in their family to board, that predictability is what makes the year work.
